Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHJR 50(RES) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHJR 50(RES) was read the third time. The question being: "Shall CSHJR 50(RES) pass the House?"
